1. Proper care and usage are essential to preserve your rights under this warranty. This warranty does not apply if your furniture is damaged by using detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents. 

 2. Our furniture comes with warranties for up to 5 years against structural manufacturing defects. 

 3. For natural materials like Solid wood / Marble / Genuine Leather, any inherent flaws, cracks, or tree scars are not considered manufacturing defects. 

 4. Slight variations in the delivered product’s measurements are normal and not considered defects, especially for products that contain foam, wood, or springs. 

5. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents, including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, broken, indentations, or pet damage. 

 6. The warranty does not cover pest infestations introduced by external sources and/or existing infestations at the delivery address. 

 7. We will not be liable for any damage to property or injuries resulting from improper furniture usage. For instance, pushing furniture not designed for such use (unless stated) may cause property damage and injuries. Please take precautions, such as using floor protectors when using or moving the furniture. When in doubt, please contact our customer service team. 

 8. All photos on this website are provided by the manufacturers, and we make efforts to ensure accurate representation of the products. However, due to lighting or photography constraints, the product’s actual color may slightly vary from the photo. This may also be influenced by different display screen settings or slight variations in dimensions or color between production batches. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. 

 9. The warranty does not apply if the product is used outdoors, except for furniture explicitly designed for outdoor usage. 

 10. Any product modification by consumers or unauthorized parties will void this limited warranty. 

 11. Our decision on all issues relating to complaints about defects in workmanship or materials shall be final and conclusive. Any decision to repair or replace part(s) shall be at our sole discretion. 

 12. Any item repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will remain covered by the Limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only. 

 13. This warranty covers the cost of material components, replacement parts, labor, and transportation charges for manufacturing defects during the warranty period. 

 14. For servicing not covered under the manufacturing defects warranty, charges start at $40 and are subject to change depending on the items or parts that need servicing. We reserve the right to impose charges for additional materials if the required repair works involve the procurement of unavailable materials at the time of the request. 

 15. For manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of material components, replacement parts, labor charges, and transportation costs (if any) will be covered by the Purchaser. Any decision to repair or replace part(s) shall be at our sole discretion. 

 16. We reserve the right to decline further services if the company determines that repeated efforts by the company and its staff are unable to meet a customer’s demands. 

 17. We warrant that all furniture is free from defective materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product and commence from the date of delivery. 

 18. If, during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace part(s) at our option. This Warranty covers the replacement (excluding installation and delivery fee) or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect not resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or a natural characteristic of the material used. 

 19. This Warranty is not transferable, and any subsequent purchaser buys the product ‘as is,’ without the protection of the Warranty. The warranty does not cover products used for commercial purposes. 

 20. For manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of material components, replacement parts, labor charges, and transportation costs (if any) will be covered by the Purchaser. 

 21. The warranty does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled, or installed improperly by anyone other than us. 

 22. In the event of manufacturing defects or furniture damage during transportation, please contact us via customer service, and we will provide a replacement. 

 23. Warranties do not cover products that have been wrongly assembled by the customer.
