As is customary with transactions at any establishment, certain terms and conditions are applicable when you engage in transactions with Table and Chairs. By placing an order or making a purchase with us, it is understood that you agree to the terms outlined by Table and Chairs. These terms are complementary to Table and Chairs’s Data Protection Policy and Terms of Use.
The Return & The Refund Policy
At Table and Chairs, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional service. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately with clear photographic evidence. Our team will assess the damage, and if deemed repairable, we will send someone down to repair or compensate a portion of the price paid based on the damage.
Please note that returns will be accepted or rejected at our discretion. If we accept the return, our Logistics team will contact you to arrange a schedule for collecting the item. Once the item has been collected and evaluated, a refund will be processed within 14 days.
Table and Chairs reserves the right to reject a return based on our discretion.
Shipping is considered a logistical expense we incur. In the event of a product return, a 40% deduction from the original invoice value will be applied as a re-stocking fee.
This fee encompasses administrative, logistical, and handling costs associated with the return process. If our Logistics team is responsible for picking up the item from your location, an additional $85 pick-up fee will be subtracted from the total refund. Alternatively, you have the option to self-return the item to our store during our office hours.
For premises without lift access, a fee of $10 per item per storey will be charged for product transport via stairs.
Therefore, your refund calculation will be as follows: Purchase Price – 40% Re-stocking Fee – $85 Pick-up Fee (if applicable) – Stairs Charges (if applicable) = Refunded Amount (S$). Please be aware that the re-stocking fee remains applicable in the event of a return and replacement with another item.

Change or Cancellation of Order
If you decide to cancel your order or any item(s) within it, please inform us within two (2) days after placing the order, provided that the cancellation request is made before the commencement of the production process. Once the production of the Sintered Stone Table has commenced, cancellation requests will be considered void. Any cancellation requests received during the production phase or after completion will not be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a cancellation within the permissible period, customers must contact our customer service team at[email protected] or +65 87583790 with the order details. Confirmation of the cancellation request will be provided, and the refund process will be initiated accordingly.
Approved refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed in accordance with our standard refund procedures. Please allow for the necessary processing time.
If you choose to cancel your current order and place a new one, be advised that a new delivery lead time will be provided at the time of the new purchase.
Cancellation of Orders with Discount Voucher
In the event of canceling any item(s) in your order with a discount voucher or coupon applied, your refund will only include the final paid price after the applied discount. This amount is distributed among the items in your order based on their respective values. The discount value for each line item is calculated as follows: (Each line item’s purchase price / total order value) x discount voucher value.
Upon canceling items in your order, the entire absolute value of the initially applied discount voucher will not be reissued or redistributed to the remaining items in the revised order. The remaining item(s) that are not canceled will still retain the discount value initially apportioned per line item before the cancellation of any item(s) in your order.
Credit Card Processing Fee
In the event of a cancellation, a credit card charge of 3.5% of the sold price per line item (after any applicable discounts), inclusive of delivery, will be applied to account for payment platform handling fees.
Order Confirmation
Table and Chairs will send a sales order confirmation via email on the day of purchase, detailing the products acquired and their respective lead times. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the purchased product(s) and lead time(s). Table and Chairs are not obligated to fulfill the order if any discrepancies arise after 48 hours from the time of purchase. A sales representative will then follow up on the order through WhatsApp within 3 business days.
Delivery
At Table and Chairs, we understand the importance of timely deliveries and strive to ensure our customers receive their orders within the agreed schedule. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances may occur once goods leave our facilities, which can affect your order.
While we pride ourselves on our commitment to timely delivery, Table and Chairs shall not be held liable for any delays caused by such unforeseen circumstances.

Product Information
We strive to accurately describe all products on our website based on information provided by our suppliers. However, there may be instances of errors on our website, and we retain the right to rectify any inaccuracies, even after you have placed an order.
For hand-made or items crafted from natural or organic materials, slight variations between product images and the received product may occur. This information will always be specified on the individual product.
While we make efforts to ensure accurate color representation, it’s important to note that colors may appear slightly different on various displays/screens and under different lighting conditions. Any variations in color due to displays/screens and lighting should not be considered a fault or error.
We strive to keep our website updated regularly and may modify content at any time. If necessary, we may temporarily suspend access to our website or close it indefinitely. While we aim for accuracy, we reserve the right to update our website promptly upon discovering any inaccuracies or errors.
Acceptance and Acknowledgement
Customers hereby acknowledge that they are fully apprised of the following terms:
Upon receipt of the delivery, customers are required to sign an acknowledgment confirming the satisfactory condition of the items received and the completeness of their order. In the event of any damages or defects observed upon delivery, customers must promptly notify the delivery team. The customer reserves the right to reject damaged or defective items at no cost (excluding clearance, display pieces, and free gifts) if the claim is substantiated. We commit to initiating contact with the customer within 3 working days for further resolution. Once the delivery order is fulfilled without discrepancies, it is construed that the customer accepts the order in good condition. Claims made after the departure of the delivery team from the customer’s premises will not be entertained.
In the event of discrepancies with the customer’s items, our goal is to provide the replacement item at the earliest available date. If an exchange is not feasible, Table and Chairs retains the right to propose a substitute or issue a refund.
All product dimensions provided are approximations. While we strive to present accurate images and descriptions on our website, we cannot guarantee that details in website images are 100% precise representations of the products, particularly due to the nature of solid stone.
