Upon a request for access to personal data, we commit to providing the relevant information within thirty (30) days of receiving the request. If compliance within this timeframe is not possible, we will inform you of the soonest reasonable time by which we can respond.

For a copy of your personal data held by tableandchairs.sg, please approach our Personal Data Protection Officer in person. Bring along your identification card to complete an application form and have your details verified. At the point of request, you will be required to make the following payment: (a) For information on your personal data held by tableandchairs.sg, the applicable fee is SGD S$50.00; (b) For information on your personal data as well as a copy of such data, the fee is SGD S$100.00.

These fees are indicative, and depending on the scope and nature of the work involved in processing your access request, a higher fee may be imposed to cover administrative costs. Our Personal Data Protection Officer will assess this on a case-by-case basis. Note that we will proceed with your request only upon your agreement to pay the fee. In certain instances, a deposit may also be required before processing the access request.

Request for Correction of Personal Data

To rectify any inaccuracies in the personal information we have about you, please contact our Personal Data Protection Officer. Before making any corrections, we may ask you to verify your identity and provide additional details to facilitate our response. If your request is declined, we will provide a written explanation for the refusal, along with information on the available mechanisms for lodging a complaint and any other pertinent details.

To update or correct your personal data held by tableandchairs.sg, kindly write to us and include the following information: (a) Your full name and NRIC No; (b) A clear photocopy of your NRIC; (c) Your contact details; (d) Name of our associate or department by whom your personal data was collected; and (e) Details of your requested correction.

Providing us with complete information enables us to promptly update or correct your personal data. Our Personal Data Protection Officer will acknowledge the receipt of your request within three (3) working days from the date of submission.

Request to Withdraw Consent

It is your responsibility to ensure that all Personal Data provided to us is complete, accurate, true, and correct. However, under the PDPA, you have the right to withdraw your consent regarding the use of your Personal Data, to gain access, or to request corrections to your Personal Data records maintained by us.

Upon making a request to withdraw consent, we will process it within a reasonable timeframe. Subsequently, we will refrain from collecting, using, and/or disclosing your personal data as per your request. Consequently, we may be unable to continue providing membership benefits and services to you. Such withdrawal may lead to the termination of any membership you hold with us.
